I am a business traveler and stayed at this hotel multiple times with my family and all was good until I experienced the worst treatment from a manger ( Nahid). Explanation: I normally book the room through internet sites checked in on the 1st of May through 4th for 3 days, on the 3rd one day prior I informed the manager Mr, Ahmad ( excellent man) for 3 days extension, and he said absalutly no problems you can pay tomorrow and we will charge the same amount as you previously paid. The next day on the 4thof may I came to the reception and offered to pay and extend my room key operation. She refused to extend and asked for higher price and I agreed since Amad was on leave, I requested to extend my key operation to go to my room a d get my wallet and phone will return since I didn't have the amount she mentioned. She refused with a very abusive manner and said I can't do that you must pay now :( She did not wear name tag i had to ask the other staff who she is? So I had to put 500 dhm as a deposit to open my room and get the money. If this how the hotel management treat a regular customer like me, this hotel will not be in the list of 5 star standards. Very bad experience from security and he insulted me in front of my friends

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The valet/concierge staff in particular were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, and I found the bed comfortable. If you are very sensitive to noise, this hotel might not be a top choice as there was some of music being played near my room late, as well as clearly being able to hear guests in the next room/hallway.

The main problem with the hotel is the long timing during the check-in, very slow, and this problem from long time not solved. otherwise, everything's fine about the hotel.
