Bad and unclean place. Check-in and check-out were good and fast, but the place is not clean. You have to pay for everything, even a toothbrush. Parking costs 30 dirhams per day, and the parking spaces are very, very narrow.

Due to flight booking issues, I had to stay in Dubai for a night. Despite the low price, the hotel was gorgeous and offered great value for money.
I asked to borrow a universal adapter, and they said they'd deliver it to my room, but it never arrived.
There were no toothbrushes, bathrobes, or pajamas provided.

Had a great stay at Best Western Premier M Four Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and I appreciated that smoking rooms are available.
A special thanks to the Myanmar receptionist for her outstanding service. She was very friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome.
The only downside was that the sauna was unavailable, and we weren’t informed before booking, so that was a little disappointing.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

laundry policy needs to change
I had a serious issue.
I suffer from severe chlorine allergy. The bedding and towels here are washed with excessive chlorine. This gave me dermatitis, itchy skin, and red eyes for the entire week. I had to get medication from a pharmacy.
I informed reception, but they have no "allergy-free room" or chlorine-free laundry option. This is basic in many 4 and 5-star hotels in Dubai.
If you are allergic, avoid this hotel or bring your own sheets. Management needs to fix this for future guys
