Very cool, cozy and stylish hotel. Service at a high level. The hotel is new, everything is clean and beautiful. There is a variety at breakfast, although small, the only thing is that the composition of the dishes did not change during our three days of stay. Otherwise, I liked everything.

The decoration of the room is hard to describe. The lighting atmosphere is very strange. There are two masks tied to the bedside lamp for no apparent reason. If you don't know, you would think it's **. The elevator is also unstable. The walkway is dirty. It doesn't look like a newly opened hotel at all.

I recently stayed at Mama Shelter for a night in transit back home. What a wonderful hotel and brand new! For the price, it’s a great stay. Everything is brand new and clean. The hotel staff are welcoming and the food was wonderful. I ate at the Trattoria and had the buffet breakfast which I ended up loving. The hotel also has a free shuttle to Dubai mall and Kite Beach, which was great. I didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool, but it was beautiful. I loved the cheerful vibe. For a short day, I would definitely return.

Every thing is okay Tnx but it has some food that we don’t like it but anything else is fine And all of tha staff are fine and kind and all of the time talk with guest great 👍 I hope that i can come back again as soon as possible . It has a good outdoor pool that you can enjoy it

Mama loves you and I love mama Dubai. What a great experience I’ve had over my 4 night stay at Mama Shelter Dubai. From the moment I arrived it was intrigued by the distinct decor, style and vibe and the staff welcome was 1st class. I checked into my room which was large, brand new and super convertible and again the quirky style continued throughout. On my first evening, I ate at Mama Restaurant (One of 3) which was included in my half board option (in fact all 3 are included which is rare) all 3 dining option’s are a la carte which is even rarer, as opposed to the usual stale trough like buffets most hotels offer half board guests. I was looked after by Ashly who is an absolute super star. He is both charming and engaging and he made my visits to Mama restaurant far more enjoyable with me being a solo traveller. Fidelis is another I’d like to mention who works at the pool bar, always with a smile and some witty chat. One day I did have a slight issue with my room, however issues happen wherever you go but the measure of the issue is how they’re dealt with and my experience with David at the front office was incredibly positive, he was efficient and friendly in fixing mine. Another example of truly brilliant team members. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning!
