The hotel was actually so nice. Quiet. We checked in during eid so thats probably why it was crowded. Long queue for check in. Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get in our room. But yeah maybe cause of eid. It was clean

Nice & Classy . Big room with a view and all the essential are there.

Nice hotel with the worse customer service! You need to be in the queue for 1 hour to only check in!? You should have separate counter for check in and over the counter booking!!! After 1 hour in the queue, i have been told to wait for another 15 mins bcoz there is no available room and it’s been 5pm and check in must be 3pm! 20mins has been passed and nobody updated me! I have to follow up and the petite filipina lady in the reception i asked for an update left me talking without even saying excuse me or anything! At night, we asked for water, i called the reception and nobody came to give us water. I walk up in the morning and called again for the water and an indian guy answered and the water delivered to us in just 2mins! I’m Kabayan but i can say that the filipino receptionist there are very unprofessional with no manners! How can you hire these people!?

I liked the size of the rooms, it’s like a full studio with almost everything you need, though my stay was short, it was really memorable.

Old hotel need to be reform  no service like 4 stars , no smart tv  in the room -  Not suggest -
