There was dirt and debris inside the cabinet, the bathroom trash bin was stained and unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Housekeeping was poor, and the service did not meet basic expectations. This created a negative experience and made the room feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their cleaning standards and customer service. Poor housekeeping and very bad service. The room was dirty, the bathroom trash bin was stained, and cleanliness was clearly neglected. This is not the standard I expected from a hotel. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.
