The hotel is in a very nice location but did not clean well I found the cockroach in the washroom.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, I'm genuinely surprised! It's new, very clean, and comfortable. At my request, the lovely Indian lady at the front desk, Cornelia, gave me a non-smoking room. Everything in the room was new, spacious, clean, and cozy, with all necessary amenities, soft towels, and a large bed. The metro station is right across the road.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to recognize two outstanding team members for their exceptional service.
GSA Kero provided a warm welcome, handled everything professionally, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their friendly attitude and genuine hospitality created a great first impression.
I would also like to sincerely thank HK Naseer for maintaining the room to an excellent standard. The room was spotless, well-organized, and every detail reflected great care and dedication.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was fast and efficient, making my experience very comfortable.
I especially appreciated the housekeeping team for respecting my privacy and personal belongings. They cleaned and organized the room carefully without moving my personal items from their original places, which showed great attention to detail and respect for guests.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
