Excellent!!!🎉🎉🎉 We're absolutely thrilled!!!🥰 We usually book a double bed Superior room, which is already huge and comfortable, but we were overjoyed to be upgraded to the family room – it was truly amazing! A huge thank you to the reception staff, who are always super helpful and accommodating. Even though it was just a 1-night stay, they made it so relaxing from checking in till we checked out. They truly deserve a 7-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel contains 2 nightclubs and a rooftop bar. Loud music could be heard in the room until 3am every night.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Gold Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money. I especially appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting Dubai.

I had a very bad experience during check-in yesterday. The front desk receptionist, Mr. Abhishek, was very rude and unfriendly, which made the situation very inconvenient for me and my family. We had to wait several hours to complete the check-in process, and there was no helpful or welcoming attitude from the staff. We had already paid for the hotel, which was the only reason we stayed; otherwise, no one would want to stay in a place with such poor customer service and attitude. I am surprised that the management allows this type of behavior at the front desk, as the guest experience usually begins there. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.

Dear all , Dont Book this hotel if you are Accor member or member, this hotel is not like that one, too much old hotel , faul smell in wash rooms . The gym and pool are very old one Please note that if you are family traveller go back and never look here, the swimmimg pool and gym connected to spa and massage centre, the area is not good as the appearance of massage girls feels something fishy , 2 outside guys with spa girl smoked inside gym and made loudy noises around and made discomfort as i am non smoker while i made workout at gym. I dont know how the ladies get access inside Gym????
