I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City, and the experience was excellent in every aspect. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its direct connection to the mall, making shopping, dining, and getting around extremely convenient.
The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The valet parking service was also excellent, efficient, and hassle-free. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mazen at the reception desk for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
My sincere thanks to the hotel management and the entire team for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great hotel - close to the airport, attached to Dubai Festival Mall, room was comfortable and clean, amenities like the pool were wonderful.
Was originally thrilled that the lobby has a Starbucks, but the only downside was the price gouging ($11 US for a coffee).

I booked a two-bedroom suite and had confirmed my arrival time with the hotel via email in advance. However, upon check-in, the front desk 'upgraded' me to a one-bedroom suite without consulting me. Only after I noticed did they inform me that my original room was no longer available. After some discussion, they gave me another basic double room on a different floor. To make matters worse, when I returned to my room, all my key cards were deactivated, forcing me to go back to the front desk to reactivate them.

We arrived three hours before check in time but the agent at desk said, the rooms are ready so why not check in now? We we so pleased because we were exhausted and needed to rest. Thank you!! They also tripled our welcome gift of small boxed dates, because we liked them so much. So thoughtful!

Great hotel, location near to airport and have shelter to the huge festival mall,, room and amenities was amazing, will book again in the future
