I don't know where to start. This hotel I booked was my second hotel in Dubai The first was QE2 which was really great. This hotel was over crowded they didn't have the room ready till 3pm. And there is no nearby metro station you have to walk at least 2 km for. So it's a sure shot it's not a good place for the explorer kind of traveler.
They even charge for basic things which should be included like dental kit, sleepers, vanity kit.
You can get better hotels at the same price near the metro station.
If you are going with a package then you are good to stay here as you don't have to look for a bus or metro.

The facility was clean and the environment calm. There was no hassle checking in and out of the hotel. The staff were great.

cently stayed at CITYMAX HOTEL in burdubai , and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern decor.

It was horrible stay. So loud downstair with club, if you want to sleep at the hotel, you should know it would be loud till 1 am at least.

Terrible customer service.
Had to stand in queue for half an hour for check in.
Then the receptionist asked if i have booked twin bed i said yes.
But it would be great if you can give me double bed.
He said cancel the booking we dont have double bed.
I said i am ok with twin bed if you dont have double bed.
He again said cancel the booking.
I got frustrated like while check in he told ne 3 times to cancel the booking.
Finally I said why you forcing me to cancel the booking he is like you want double bed.
I said I didn’t demand for it you are asking and i said yes i booked twin bed but if you have double bed that would be great.
But how can you tell me to cancel the booking 3 times while check in.
