Grand Mercure Business Bay

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Housekeeping was one of the biggest issues during our stay. Dirty towels were not removed, and our bed linen was never changed despite us requesting it multiple times. We asked for our room to be cleaned twice, but when we returned, nothing had been done. Another major problem was the lack of shower gel. We requested it three separate times, yet it was only provided on the day of our check-out. As a result, we were unable to properly shower during most of our stay. We were also surprised to repeatedly find housekeeping items left in our bathroom, including a cleaning product bottle. We handed it to a maintenance worker who came to fix our bidet on the last day, but it was later left in our bathroom again. To make matters worse, the bidet tap was malfunctioning and would not turn off. Maintenance only came to address the issue on our final day. Even when we explained that we were checking out soon and needed time to pack and prepare for our departure, we were still expected to wait in the room while the repair was being carried out. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping service, slow response to basic requests, and disregard for guests’ time made this a very frustrating stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing customer service. Even though its not nearby to metro station its the best spot to explore and go on adventures. The hotel and staff provided exceptional service. Everything was immaculate, the Cafe downstairs was top notch. The flavours and customer service. It was such a delight to stay here and I regret not spending more than 3 days here. I will definitely visit again with family and reside here for a longer period next vacation. If you want to feel safe as a solo traveller and also experience luxurious stunning views of the burj khalifa and the business bay from your room with hair salon and spa services.. gym included.. def book at the grand mecure. You will not regret it.

From Check-in to check out process was great. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Valet parking service is also good.

Amazing, I love the stay this is my third time staying, really convenient and cozy, has a decent gym, good location, I will come back again for the rebrand as they are renaming it to something new next time I come back
