Location wise is very good, in front of the rail station. However, the main hotel front is closed, and I wonder why. Enter from the back door.
It is an indulgence for me as I usually prefer hostels.

4 night I stayed there was no hot water ever day said they will fix hot water,they didn’t want to clean room I have to call them every 4 or 5 times until clean room,if I order ice they charging 10AED only ice,bathroom floor was Moldy,carpet in room was very dirty and bad smell,every time have to wait 10 minutes just to get the left no enough left in the hotel I don’t recommend any one to try

The rooms were nice.l
The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing as it was on top of the car park with a view of another car park but it did get the sun.
The bar and restaurant on the 61st floor was closed during my visit and so that was also disappointing as I was very much looking forward to going there.
The hotel entrance is literally 3 yards from the metro which made it an ideal location and only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from La Mer beach, costing only about £3.

Smooth check in by Ms.Anjulina , proactive staff. Room service is prompt. Location is excellent near restaurants , nightlife, metro station right outside . Over all good and courteous staff.
