enjoy our short stay, staff are friendly and accomodating. near to metro station, so easy to access. room is basic but have a lovely stay. will stay again next time.

Disappointing Service and Poor Management Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was far below expectations, particularly when it came to service efficiency and management. We arrived at around 2:00 PM, but the check-in process took approximately 1.5 hours, despite repeated follow-ups and complaints. Our entire group was left waiting at the front desk for an extended period, which created a very disappointing first impression. The reception staff were also not particularly welcoming or attentive. The process itself was unnecessarily slow, and we were asked to provide a AED 500 deposit, even as UAE residents. The check-out experience was even more concerning. Our deposit was not initially refunded due to improper handling of the paperwork. Fortunately, I had carefully kept all the relevant details and references myself, which allowed me to provide the necessary information and resolve the matter. Overall, the experience highlighted significant issues with front-desk efficiency, communication, and management procedures. For a hotel, these are fundamental aspects of guest service and should be handled smoothly and professionally. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall guest experience, particularly the check-in/check-out procedures and staff service.

The checkin took over 50 minutes adn the elevator takes 15 minutes.
