I would come back to stay at this hotel if I have the chance. The food, drinks and entertainment are all very good. The service is also great. There are butlers in the villa area. There will be free food and snacks in the lobby downstairs. The private beach area is an excellent check-in location for the sailing hotel! The sand is also very fine, and there are many free lounge chairs on the beach. It is simply a great place to bring children.

The front desk, butler and Front desk Manager, Abbos, were very friendly and welcomed us to check in. We felt like home. We spent a pleasant two days here. The hotel room is built along the river, with a small balcony for viewing. The bathroom is very large, which I like. There are many good restaurants in the hotel. The Italian restaurant has a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab at night. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Dubai.

A 7-star hotel looks more tasteful and filmy. Overall, it was a very good experience, worth staying again, and it is recommended to stay for two nights or more.

The hotel has a water park, Wild Wadi, which is smaller than Atlantis. There are no shark crossings where you can see marine life, and no high slides. But it is enough for children to play. There are speedboats and other projects on the beach. The hotel is along the coast on one side and surrounded by canals inside. The two hotels share a hotel lobby. The Summer Palace is the villa area inside, the area on the left side of the map. There are still a lot of greenery and it is well maintained. Several rooms form a villa/villa, sharing a courtyard and lobby. A little further away from the main pool, there will be a small swimming pool in the middle of several villas. Let’s focus on the room type. If you don’t book well, it will affect the quality of your stay. It is recommended to book a sea view room on the 2nd floor. I think the privacy of the first floor is not acceptable. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor are basically internal roads, and there are frequent battery cars coming and going. If you don't draw the curtains, you can basically see everything. If you draw the curtains, you can't see outside. There is a piece of grass between the better windows and the road, but you can still see inside the room. The rooms on the second floor are much better in this regard. The room orientation is roughly divided into 3 categories. The first row of 8 buildings has a sea view in front and an inner canal in the back. It is also a recommended room type. Just walk to the beach, no need to wait for battery cars or boats, and you don't need to spend money to rent a pavilion on the beach to see the sea. You can just stand on your balcony and watch while enjoying the air conditioning; the second type has a view of the inner canal on one side; the third type is that you can only see the greenery. If you book the first floor, some of this type of room may only see the hotel wall and a small piece of grass, and the lighting is not very good. In short, you get what you pay for, and the difference is still a bit big. In terms of decoration, some details are not paid much attention to, and many sunny corners are easy to bump into. For example, the large iron chandelier at the door has a corner that is tilted outward and is about the same height as the head. Be careful when entering and leaving the door. The tiles at the corner of the corridor are the same color on both the upper and lower floors. It is easy to kick the corner of the upper floor if you walk closer. The electric car buggy and boat abra are free, basically available at any time, and the attitude is good. When the boat is not busy, you can also go around the inner canal for a tour, but the canal water has an unpleasant smell in some places. You can contact the butler by phone to book a car or boat, but I have to complain about the butler service. I stayed for 4 days, the first 2 days were normal, and I couldn't find the butler for a day and a half. He was not sitting downstairs, no one answered the phone, and he didn't transfer it to other people. I left a QR code, and you need WhatsApp to contact online. If you can't find someone, you can't call a car to go out, and if you forget to bring your room card, no one will help. In this case, you can only call the front desk through the external line, and it is very inconvenient for them to transfer the notification internally. I waited in the lobby for half an hour without bringing my door card. During this period, I called the butler more than 10 times, but no one answered or transferred the call. Of course, the housekeeper at check-in still provided good service. We felt that the original room type was not good, so we asked about the price of upgrading to a different room type. He accompanied us to the newly upgraded villa. After we were satisfied, he helped us complete the formalities and contacted the luggage before going back. There was nothing to complain about the cleaning and night bed. They did everything silently. Different villas have food and drinks at different times. The villas near the sea only have happy hour beer and soft drinks from 5 to 7 o'clock, and some other villas are said to have an additional happy hour with food such as pies. Let's talk about the catering. Breakfast can be chosen in the main building or by the swimming pool. I only experienced the breakfast in the main building. There are all kinds of Western varieties, but there are not many Chinese choices, no noodles and porridge, and some steamed food. The quality is still good and the replenishment is fast. There are more people, which should be because the two hotels share it. After eating at 9 o'clock, there are about 6 or 7 groups of people standing outside waiting for a seat... If the hotel does not provide a full meal, it is recommended to eat out for lunch and dinner as much as possible. The quality of the hotel room service is OK, but the price is quite expensive. Any order is more than 150 or 200. For example, spring rolls are 150. Tried Zheng He Chinese Restaurant, 3.5 points. In addition to the good view, it is expensive and the service and dishes are very average. Hot and sour soup is 80 RMB (the following are all RMB prices). I was so bored that I had to drink sparkling water, and I didn't even finish a small bowl. Sushiyaki is not a hotel restaurant, but it is located in the hotel area. Japanese food is still fresh, but some dishes are not very cheap. 4 pieces of salmon are 110 yuan, fried noodles are 90 yuan, and it is enough to eat 4 times in 4 days. I used UnionPay and it said it failed, so I paid cash. When I went to eat again, I was asked to check again because I only received a text message of deduction. After checking, it said that the swipe was successful. I applied for a refund and had to wait about 2 weeks... The attitude was very good, but the settlement was too inconvenient, so I had to bring more cash. In addition, although all the stores here charge service fees, they will charge you extra for sparkling water or water, and they will not quote you first. The price is about 50 to 70 yuan. There is nothing to be embarrassed about, just say no, or ask how much it costs. The hotel claims to have 20 restaurants, but I didn't find anything particularly good after staying there for a few days. In short, it is better to take a taxi to the nearby mall to eat. It costs 30 yuan one way to mall of emirates, and you can have a few more meals. In general, because there are no good restaurants, some shortcomings in service, and no unique scenery, I will choose other similar hotels next time.
