The unit is super spacious. The mattresses are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and there are two of them. The living area is fantastic. There is a washing machine which really is a plus. The staff are wonderful. Really they are. This is the place where I will stay during my next visit to Dubai.

Excellent! The service is very fast, and the staff are cheerful. Plus, there are Arabic-speaking staff members.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past five years, but after this experience, I will never return. The main reason is the behaviour of Pupa, the manager. Her rudeness and appalling way of speaking to guests during check-in were completely unacceptable. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Dubai. The room also had terrible air conditioning, fixed at 22°C and constantly switching off during the night, making it impossible to sleep. Staying at this hotel can easily ruin your holiday.

It's a 15-minute walk to Dubai Mall, and taxi access is also good. The apartments and hotel are in separate buildings and not connected indoors, but they share facilities. It's also great that there's a bar and a convenience store on the ground floor of the complex.

The hotel is nice, but its location is somewhat bad. I liked the spacious rooms.

Oda güzel, ferah ve temizdi. Yataklar çok konforluydu. Konumu merkezi fakat odalar internettekinden biraz farklıydı. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve zengin menüye sahipti. Rahat ettik.
