DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

Everything was good. The people who worked there was very nice. Very good. The room was good. The food was good perfect everything only one thing was not good. The dry machine don’t work and the washing machine they should replace.

Great place and great facilities. It's just 15km away from airport.

For a business traveller the hotel makes a perfect choice, will be recommended

Great hotel for travelers. After a long day of traveling, the reception gave me a cookie during check-in and the warm welcome.

There was still a lot of construction happening. It is pretty close to the metro line for sure. The pool area was a little small and it was way too crowded. Our room was pretty standard. It is the kind of hotel where you pay for what you get.

Overall, our experience was okay. Unfortunately, our first night was disrupted by loud noise from the adjacent room early in the morning. I had to contact reception at 4 a.m. to request a room transfer, which was granted promptly. They also kindly extended our 3-day stay with a late check-out until 4 p.m. I would like to thank Mr. Sean at reception for being very accommodating and for trying to compensate for the inconvenience by extending our check-out and waiving the charges for our three drinks at the pool bar. The location and accessibility are excellent—definitely 5 stars. However, the food could be improved with more variety. During our two-night stay, the breakfast and dinner offerings were mostly the same. Looking forward to seeing more improvements in the future.

Takes a while in the check in but the staff are nice enough to handle it.

the room i booked is a “King Size Bed with Sofa Bed”, quite spacious and modern style, and it is 15mins far from DXB airport
