The towel smelled bad. They also didn’t mention that the pool was under maintenance. Their breakfast promo said it was a buffet, but there was actually no buffet available. They said there are not many guests because of the current situation. I hope they inform guests about all of these things on their page so everyone can be aware before booking😴😴

It was nice experience there. It is just 5 minutes walking distance from union matro station

Washroom was so dirty… every towel they provided was dirty, you have to order for regular water each day cost 500ml 3aed. Bed smell in room. You always get negative vibe there. But cost is low

Didn't offer to clean my room, didn't give water, the receptionist is not even friendly. The room is so dark, the toilet is also dark even the light is on.

Uncooperative staff Poorly cleaned poor amenity  Single towel available for couple in two days I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

This literally was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in,dirty,water cut,very very rude staff,very noisy 3 night clubs make noise till 4:00 am everyday and then drunk Filipinos fighting outside,very disappointed
