For years, Hyatt has been our family's choice for staycations. Over time, it also became the place where we gather and celebrate special occasions at your in-house restaurant. Every visit has always felt like coming home because of the warm, friendly, and hospitable staff who consistently provide excellent service. Unfortunately, our experience last night was very disappointing. We were unable to get a good night's sleep because the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We reported the issue to the reception, and while a technician came to inspect it, the problem was not resolved. I informed the receptionist again this morning, not simply to complain, but because I genuinely don't want other guests to experience the same inconvenience we did. We've always enjoyed staying at Hyatt, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this issue can be properly addressed so future guests can continue to enjoy the comfort and quality of service we've always appreciated at Hyatt.

good hotel and good location, close to public transport too. Good front desk personel, Room is good too, breakfast is bit dissapointing more indian food in the breakfast.

The network at night is really terrible. But the hotel room itself is good. Breakfast is also good. I like this hotel and I will come again next time in the future. The location is also good

It was alright, met expectations, but wasn't impressive (especially if you've been to other branches of Hyatt). There was limited access to pedestrians in the area as zebra crossings were closed off (so we struggled getting to the mall just across the street). Breakfast can be improved with a variety of fresh fruits that can be added.
