Everything about this room was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the subway. I will definitely stay here again.

Deapite requesting to be chexked in earrly, i was allocated a room by pasr 12noon since i arrived at 6am.
Thr annoying fact is that they had rooms but wantes me to pay 75aed to be xhecked in early.
Whwn it was 10am they i formed me to pat 50aed.
The man i met upon my arrival was nice and offered me breakfast, but the indian lasy on morning shift was so unfriendly and rude.
In total, its ok dor business travellera who do not want veey modern and luxury facility.

Location is excellent in the heart of bur Dubai, just behind bank street. Lot of eating places, restaurants & cafe around. Staff is very nice. Rooms are not too big but still worth the money. Good housekeeping .

My friend did not finally check into but its showed that stay completed. I asked for a refund so many times but my request was always rejected even when i gave valid reasons no refund was made.

The hotel smells like hookah. There's a nightclub on the 2nd floor with a lot of Indian people. I don't recommend this place if you want a quiet and relaxing stay at the hotel.
