Five Jumeirah Village

Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The stay was so uncomfortable that I checked out at 12 PM without even getting any sleep. There was also absolutely no privacy around the pool, which was a major issue for us as hijabi women. We did not feel comfortable or private at all. Definitely not worth the money.

We stayed in Five jumeirah JVC in Dubai really enjoy our time there. The ambience was amazing our room was quite spacious had a whole living room and kitchen as well and the outdoor sitting area with jacuzzi was really nice as well. The staff was really kind and helpful always and cooperative they took out all the alcoholic beverages from the mini bar respecting our religion and the breakfast was really good had alot of options. We really enjoyed our time there would definitely come again

Good stay but better for friend not for families but its a magnificent view with super pool at high level

The reservation agent was so unhelpful and I would not recommend booking your hotels from trip as the customer agent as well on this app are unhelpful. I spent 4 hours on a call for a booking I made and paid for but I have miss judged the dates. I asked for a modification and they didn’t act upon my request until I called the hotel. The hotel as well was so unhelpful and not hospitableas they say. The reception was terrible and horrible plus had an attitude towards me.

The service from all the staff was excellent except for one woman wearing glasses standing in front of the hotel club. Her service was not impressive at all. I stayed at the hotel with a friend for almost two months, and everything was great except for this one employee. She didn't show me any respect. Her service needs improvement.

Nice place. very young crowd. food was good except at goose island. they should have more restaurants.

I think this hotel is suitable for everyone want to stay at all time in hotel , everything is in room and in hotel. View of hotel is very nice and pool in room is very good.
