Al Habtoor Palace Dubai

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The palatial style is truly a work of art, and the rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The only major downside, which I honestly don’t understand, is the lack of any pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. There is no signature scent or fresh aroma in the reception area, lobby, or even in the rooms. Instead, there is a slightly unpleasant smell, which is especially surprising for a hotel of this level. A beautiful signature fragrance would make a huge difference and perfectly complement the luxurious atmosphere.

The valet parking service took a very long time, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the lobby was not cool enough and it felt quite warm.

This was our first time visiting Dubai, and after researching various hotels, we chose Al Habtoor Palace. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It is exceptionally peaceful at night, yet perfectly located for getting around the city. The metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away across the bridge, and the nearby canal walkway is ideal for riding scooters or bicycles for leisure. The canal walk also connects directly to the beach areas, which was very convenient. Transportation was never a concern—Uber and Careem were always easy to access, even during peak season. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I would give this hotel 1,000 out of 100 without hesitation, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Dubai.
