The staff at the hotel was very friendly and location is perfect

I Check in was professional and easy , the room service was always good and the staff very helpful, 🫰 The rooms very comfortable and the hotel in general was bright and clean looking and colourful. The hotel is very safe and secure with security staff in the lobby 24/7 . Quick and easy walk distance for the shops , mall of emirates and the metro . **** I have one negative and that is the Internet connection for the television kept buffering very frequently in my room so when it came to relaxing in the room to watch Netflix or whatever, it was annoying! ***** (the staff did try to fix the problem 🙏🏻 and some times with the phone wifi to ! …… But overall I was very happy staying there for the month . 👍

My experience in City Max Al Barsha was fantastic. Love the location, Room was very neat and clean. Staff was very professional. The Hotel is located close the Mall of Emirates mall, metro and you can get every facility's near to the Hotel. The hotel is amazing itself. Highly recommend👍

Great place to stay! Everything was well-managed, but what made it extra special was the service. Mr. Kashif is an amazing person who helped us out multiple times and quickly fixed any minor issues we had. Truly appreciated his hospitality and support. Would definitely love to visit again!

The location was very good, close to Mall of the Emirates, and everything else was great. The only issue was that the swimming pool was not working. I’m not sure why it was closed or what the problem was. It would be really appreciated if the pool could be opened for guests to enjoy, especially with the weather being so hot. A swimming pool is very important in this kind of weather, and we were looking forward to using it during our stay. Overall, everything was good, and I hope the swimming pool will be available next time.

The room was neat and clean, and the Housekeeping staff were very supportive, always coming to clean the room on time. I would give the HK team a 10/10. The Front Office staff were also highly professional. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at Citymax Hotel.
