Staying here for 7 days was a nightmare. Every morning around 10 AM, someone would knock on the door asking if I wanted housekeeping, and then at 12 PM, they'd ask when I was checking out. I couldn't get any decent sleep; it was incredibly annoying.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I had to ask three times for them to be replaced in the evening. Even after they were replaced, the new ones were still lumpy and hard. They must have been old and worn out.

Located close to International City, this hotel is a popular choice for many Chinese visitors to Dubai. The breakfast is decent. There's a car rental company and an agency downstairs. It's close to E44, making it easy to access main roads. The airport is about a twenty-minute drive away.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm on business in Dubai. The front desk lady, Shane, is beautiful and kind, and she's very dedicated and responsible at her job. Ms. Faushns, who is in charge of cleaning the rooms, is also very friendly and cleans the rooms meticulously.

The pillows are worse than my old ones from home, which I've used for years. They're lumpy and uncomfortable, and I woke up with a headache after one night.

The hygiene was good, and the service was alright, but the room rate was incredibly expensive, much higher than other hotels of the same caliber. It made me suspect they were specifically overcharging Chinese guests.
