Was transferred/upgraded to a bigger room for free. AC takes time to cool. But still we had a nice stay 🙂

Honestly, the hotel left a lot to be desired. The service was really poor. The description clearly stated that it included transfers to the Dubai Mall (considering it's quite far) and to the beaches. However, upon arrival, we were told it wasn't available, and no alternative was offered for us to pay for a taxi if we wanted to visit those places.
It's far from everything, even the metro station, so taking a taxi is the only option. The only places nearby are their own restaurants.
Given the price-quality ratio, I wouldn't choose it again. I do, however, commend the cleanliness and the comprehensive breakfast.

Very bad hotel.
It was a great mistake to book in this hotel.
I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
Never expect that the hotel staff would be so rude as we have arrived in this hotel.
They give us a different room. Although we have already paid the room fee. They informed us that they have no room as we have booked.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf!
My overall experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. Some staff members are absolute stars, especially Danny and Thew at BHeaven Restaurant, Lifeguard Malindu by the pool, Osama on the front desk and Sally and Magda at the buffet restaurant. These individuals are genuine gems of the hotel. They love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They are real assets to Barceló Al Jaddaf and deserve every bit of recognition and support!
