Park Regis Business Bay

I always leaving this hotel every time I come to Dubai everybody here thanks

Staff were very kind especially Hannah at the restaurant during breakfast. Amenities were well maintained and we enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. Our room had a view to the Burj which we also appreciated!

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and professional. Will be back soon!

Location: 15 mins walk from business bay metro station (red line), 40min walk to Burj Khalifa. The location is fine. There are two 24hr supermarkets next door so very convenient  All of Dubai has new buildings going up, so no matter where you stay you will be around building work.  Clean: Room is clean, however on one day we found the towels were not placed tidy and there was sand on the floor that was not cleaned.  Room: We got upgraded to a Deluxe room, it's big. Room has fridge also which is a plus. Large wardrobe, desk area and large shower / bathroom.  Breakfast Much variety of breakfast, including a chef who will cook for you. Really good choices for Asian (Chinese) pallet, Arab food and Western food.  Gym: Great gym, some cardio machines but a full weight stack on machines and a full dumbbell rack which is rare for hotel gyms.  They have a pool, but we didnt try it. There is also a Sauna room also.  Good Things: It's nearby enough to the station so it's easy to get to.  The room is large and clean and quiet  The AC is great, very quiet but still can make the room super cold if you want it. Bad things: It's what I describe as USA service, everyone is warm, friendly and available, but all seem to only do it if they expect a tip. I guess thats common Overall: The value of the hotel is good, the location is reasonable, the food is good and the service is acceptable. There is nothing wrong with the Hotel, but also nothing that screams Outstanding. 

I had a fantastic experience at Park Regis Business Bay. The hotel is modern, beautifully clean, and the location is perfect for getting around the city. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The only minor inconvenience is that hotel security is exceptionally strict, food delivery drivers aren't allowed up to the rooms, so you do have to walk down to the lobby to collect your food. While it’s a bit of a hassle when you're relaxing, it does show they take guest safety very seriously. Everything else was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Location , normally should take 12-15 minutes walk but due 3 major road crossings it's 10+ minutes,, wait at road crossings is painfully long and frustrating There is nothing amazing about location but not too bad if you look at prices nearby of a very decent upscale hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, efficient elevators, taxis readily available, bus stop nearby but routes are quite confusing, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa about 35 minutes walk, good restaurants, shops and walking avenue nearby, the best thing is it's staff, simply superb, Kavita the receptionist was amazingly considerate and polite, upgraded me to Delux or superior room with Burj view, Naseer or Safeer the bell boy was extremely helpful. Good size bathroom with plenty of amenities, super clean with reasonably priced dining options,

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay, the room was clean and had a very nice view, service is good, highly recommend
