The place is nearby metro and cool view with ckean room and the staff is so kind even the hotel view is too good

Upon entering the room 705, the carpet floor is still wet and we need to wear slippers when walking inside. Feels uncomfortable to walak especially on that wet area. I talked to the guy who delivered the slippers if theycan do anything about it and he said No.

I really enjoyed my stay at City Seasons Towers Hotel Burjuman. I especially liked the convenient location, as it is very close to BurJuman Mall and the metro station. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but there was body hair on the bed, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. The shower water temperature was extremely unstable. Despite these issues, it still offered good value for money.

Sleeling om the bed makes u itchy, also the ac was not good. It was very hot in the room and u cant adjust the ac so we had to buy a portable fan! Also u have to ask for the iron everytime since it's not available in the room. Overall it was ok for the price and i would give it 3 stars not 4

Was a good stay but during my stay the lift was having a problem and kind of caused some minor inconvenience on my side, I was late to my appointment because of this. But it was resolved within the day i think. The staff were nice and friendly. Overall it was still nice. Thank you.
