Best Western Plus Pearl Creek

I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall. The hotel atmosphere was nice, and I appreciated the general comfort and service provided. However, there were a few minor issues during my stay. I was unable to change my room when requested, and I was not provided with a second key card, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the safe box in the room was not functioning properly. In the bathroom, there was only one towel provided despite there being two guests, and I had to request an extra towel. Despite these small inconveniences, my stay was still a good experience overall. I would rate the hotel 6/10.

We ended up spending 14 unexpected days in Dubai due to airspace issues, and the team at Best Western Pearl truly made our stay memorable. The staff took wonderful care of our family and especially our kids. They went out of their way to arrange vegetarian meals for us and provided a very kid-friendly breakfast every day. Over the course of our stay, we actually made good friends with many of the staff members. A special thank you to Vijay, Blessy, Suzitte, Nafeez, and Rozan for their kindness and hospitality. The chefs also deserve a big shout-out we loved the food so much that we often chose to eat at the Pearl Creek restaurant instead of going out. The gym and swimming pool staff were also fantastic with our kids, which made the experience even better for our family. We truly appreciate the warmth and care we received and would definitely recommend Best Western Pearl for anyone planning a stay in Dubai.

Im a resident in Dubai and been to different hotel global brands! But this western hotel creek was not good. The reception hall is not good its like a motel. No interior design no chandelier the tv on the reception is not even on. The food is not good for international guests. Its like Indian food or african food. The swimming pool is dirty!! I didnt swim i just saw and observed the area Many problems, i got king instead of twin that i booked online. Had to go down. And then i received the same room key and other guests! Had to go down again to tell the receptionist. The good thing is only the creek view and dubai skyline burjkhalifa view. This is a 4 star hotel rating but it deserves a 3 star only.

Hotel reception was lacking, they couldn’t find payment from trip.com which was a hotel issue. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

They have very mean and not helpful non smile face at reception name ms Christine , I complaint to manager and sent WhatsApp but nobody replied reply so it’s bad management , towels and bed is not clean as before

It was nice staying in this hotel for 3nights4days. I also wanna thank the Filipina Front Desk receptionist who accommodated us and welcomed us warmly on our first day until the last. I also wanna call out the other receptionist I don’t know his name or nationality but he was kind of off for me when my bestfriend came over our last night in the hotel to help me surprise my partner for his birthday, he said it is not allowed to bring visitor because the room is only for two, but she only came to help and assist me not to sleep with us, we ask for any amount to charge us just to allow her come up but he kind of just ignored us until another man came in i think it was the manager or head receptionist he explained to us the protocol. That was better than the other person who seem to be rude for not communicating with us well.. Over all it was a very nice stay, nice view of the creek and also a very good and big room to stay and spend time with my partner. Tho we were not able to use the amenities like the pool and gym because of the limited available time of use, it was always full of people.

A convenient hotel for business stays. Best western provides a comfortable room, reliable internet, and a calm atmosphere. The location is strategic and works well for business meetings around South Jakarta. Good value for a business trip.
