We had an amazing experience at the Barceló resort, and the food was delicious too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very bad in terms of facilities and cleaning supplies. I had to ask for everything I needed, like basic things such as toothbrushes; they wouldn't replace them, and they didn't provide a body loofah. You have to request everything. The AC was very, very hot and would shut off on its own, making the room humid.

Honestly, the staff aren't great and are very slow. There's only one front desk agent. You wait over fifteen minutes just to check in. The AC is noisy and you can't control it. The furniture is also old. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve its four-star rating.
