The room is clean and tidy, and there are many facilities and restaurants around, which is very convenient. It is a little far from the airport, so the price is relatively cheap.

A good apart-hotel for a reasonable price. The downside is that you have to drive to all the interesting places, but it’s not far, the rooms are simple. There are a sufficient number of shops and restaurants nearby.

Them charging for water was a little annoying and they gave only 2 complimentary water bottles per day, but other than that it was good and the main reason it was good was because of Tul (housekeeper) he was a nice man to talk to and cleaned well and made our stay better. And to all the other staff members including the great receptionists.

Good location, lots of shops, restraints surrounding. The metro station is in 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Nice services, every day cleaning, special thanks to Anvop and Kvity for keeping the room clean and fresh. Rather good choice for breakfast in cafeteria, polite personal including reception staff. Good choice either for business or tourist stay.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel during my time in Dubai. I would like to especially thank the reception team – Eric, Augustine, Jeline, and Prmanshy – for their warm welcome, hospitality, and quick responses whenever I needed anything. They truly made me feel at home. The cleaning team (Gabriel, Pravash, Anup) also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and were always kind and professional. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, microwave, kettle, oven, and washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. It’s also located about 15 minutes from the metro, which makes getting around the city fairly easy. There are a few areas for improvement – the furniture is a bit outdated, the lifts are slow, and the gym, while functional, has older equipment and could benefit from better ventilation. The pool is small, but still a nice feature to have. Despite these small drawbacks, I actually chose to extend my stay, and the hotel offered me a great rate, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, mostly thanks to the outstanding staff and the comfort provided. I would definitely consider staying here again.
