Upon check-in, the staff told us we had booked the Royal Escort Hotel next door, which made us go back and forth between the two hotels. The room was large but the facilities were old. There were also cockroaches. To get to the elevator from the lobby, you have to go up two short flights of stairs, which is not very convenient. I would not want to stay here again.

Our stay was average overall. The hotel wasn’t very clean, but it was acceptable considering the price and the convenient location. The staff were fine, and the room had the basic amenities needed. The breakfast was very basic with limited options, so don’t expect much. It’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a budget stay in a good location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, and the food offered a good variety and quality. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
