Sunday Suites Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira)

The location is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is convenient if you are travelling without a car. However, the overall service was disappointing. There is no free parking, and the paid parking is quite expensive. Housekeeping was not good, and only one bath towel was provided for two people, with no face or hand towels. The biggest issue was the lack of response from reception and housekeeping. I called more than 10 times from the room but received no response. The room lock was also not working properly, and a passcode was required to access the room in addition to the key, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location is a positive point, but the poor service, housekeeping, parking charges, and room access issues make it less suitable for families.

Not good bcz i call the reception they not respond tv not work. I wait 2 hrs on reception. Lock not work

It was a fantastic stay with peace of mind. Only issue is parking now, it was free before, now its paid. Public parking is hard to get around the hotel at night specially.

This hotel service very bad i see so meny hotel but not like this hotol staff service bery bad not calling response i was need water they didn’t give am not travel again this hotel never bad service

the place was very nice. although the parking i not free and we had to find a a parking outside since my husband has free company parking for public places but w couldn't find a parking space anywhere so we just took the paid parking in the basement which was okay i guess but not if you want to save little money.

The food was very good and enjoyable. The room and bathroom could use some renovation, but overall it was a good stay for a night.

They need to upgrade alot if u call receptionist no one answers you have to do multiple calls size if room is good but things need to be arranged bathroom roof was leaking exactly up from the area of wc and in family rooms their is no muslim showers they have 🛁 but no hot water in shower area half of mixture is working need repairs no greetings at all i found one pakistani housekeeping supervisor names hanzla he was very kind but lot of things he cannot manage without reception approval
