Here’s an expanded and polished version: My stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The location was excellent and very easy to find, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The security team did an outstanding job, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the housekeeping service, which was efficient, thorough, and maintained a high standard of cleanliness every day. The overall hospitality and attention to detail made my experience memorable. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would be delighted to visit again in the future. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience, the site was good facilities good and all other services from the reception to the room.

Management is fine but some workers like customer care they need to train them may be Some are new they need time maybe Overall its prime location.

The Staff was very nice and the place is so close to the Metro Station it's so easy to travel from there and the receptionist named as Kisaj in the shift at the time of check-in was so helpful

Staff are very responsive and accommodating room is clean with free water and coffe only the thing is the room is not sound proof i can really hear unnecessary sounds.

Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The level of cleanliness was shocking. The floor was not vacuumed at all and was full of women’s hair. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting: the toilet was dirty on the sides, water was dripping from the ceiling directly above it, and the ceiling itself had visible holes. Overall, I the room felt neglected, dirty and poorly maintained. We only chose to stay as a compromise because we had just arrived after a 12-hour flight and more than 24 hours without sleep. Under normal circumstances, we would have left immediately. Another major issue is that the ground floor and the first floor function as a *******. There is constant traffic, noise and shouting at all hours due to the continuous flow of people. At one point, we even witnessed an aggressive argument between two men pushing each other in the entrance hall, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Because of all this, we decided to leave one day earlier than planned. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it to anyone.
