I was welcomed with smile and pleasing personality at the reception. It was a pure joy when I was given and upgrade when I was checking in at the hotel. The stay and peaceful and I liked how they keep the privacy of their guest with almost priority.

Overall in an ideal location very close to airport and metro. Decent property and value for money

No Toothpaste in bathroom Not working Hairdryer No Slippers Also we need there used to be tissues in the rooms, but now I don't see a box of tissues; I have to go to the bathroom to get them. I don't know why the service operates this way; it needs to improve and win customer satisfaction. I don't know why the service operates this way; it needs to improve and win customer satisfaction.

We checked in and there was no free parking available as mentioned, it was 25 dhs per day something 3rd party parking so that was a painful add on spend everyday, service was not the nicest but they did ok and there's no microwaving option I think everyone who is staying there for long should know. And also the furnitures like sofas were dusty honestly made me sneeze a lot

NO PARKING AT HOTEL ASKING 25 AED PER DAY 😡😡😡FROM GUEST THEY SOLD HOTEL PARKING TO SOME LOCAL VENDOR At time of booking it’s written free parking when you reach hotel for check in they hotel staf said no free parking because hotel sold its own parking to local vendor & he is asking 25 AER Per day for parking,,, lala Chaap chapri hotel don’t go here better to stay in Hampton By Hilton Just infront of this pathetic time grand hotel. Hampton by hilton is very nice property with proper free parking for guests & also breakfast included in room price .

Enjoy staying in this hotel cleaned and professional stff only parking was paid which should be included in room

My trip to Indonesia involved spending 14 hours at Dubai Airport. I couldn't stay overnight because I couldn't get a transit visa. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach them. They didn't refund my money, and I received no response whatsoever.

Nice location and great breakfast with variety Ma Sha Allah
