Nice hotel. Currently being renovated in the lobby. 10 min Careem to Dubai mall.
It was our honeymoon and they did a nice complimentary set up.

Service was perfect, i asked them to clean up the bathrooms additionally over the daily clean - no hesitation or attitute. They were great.
There are some improvements happening in the hotel, but as such was not disturbed.

It was disappointing to know that their service wasn’t great like other Anantara in the UAE. We got welcomed by one ill-mannered resident who seemed to be so arrogant and feels he owned the entire property. The lay-by is too tiny where vehicles piles-up waiting until vehicles move out. Concierge were unhelpful and not friendly so you really have to carry your stuff. We got kids and infant so, we really needed a help, but we were not so attended. At the reception, they found some scaffolding and strong drilling noise around the area, which wasnt really safe for everyone in the family. We barely hear the people at the reception due to their renovation.
When we entered the room, we got nice pool view with a very dramatic tub. Room was huge, but toilet wasnt disinfected well. The smell of the previous guests stuck in the walls of the toilet. Our room got cleaned.up at night but the smell remains.
Breakfast was great like the usual Anantara hotels in town.
