Ecos Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan

I usually stay at a different hotel for work, but I booked this one because it was a bit further out and cheaper – and it was excellent! The facilities were all new and clean, and every single staff member was kind and attentive to guests. There was a convenient store and dining options nearby, and it was a quiet area. The accessibility to the city center wasn't bad either, and above all, I was extremely satisfied with the great value for money.

Location: Good, near the Jebel Ali Free Zone gates. The closest landmark is Al Furjan Mall, 1000 meters away. Ibn Battuta Mall is a short drive. Check-in service: Excellent, staff are kind. No deposit required for check-in. Parking: Spacious, and they offer valet service. Room: Spacious and clean. Facilities: The swimming pool is good. Breakfast: Varied and good. Check-out service: Fast, staff are kind. Overall description: Good.

The gym is good, but the swimming pool is tiny – you hit the end as soon as you jump in. The restaurant serves tasty food, and the front desk staff, especially one young man, was very enthusiastic. The room itself is small and the amenities are basic. There aren't many restaurants nearby; you have to go a bit of a distance to find them. It's also a bit far from the subway station, almost 2 kilometers, so it's best to take a taxi when you go out. You get what you pay for, and for this price, I can accept these conditions.
