Raha Grand Hotel

Raha grand Hotel is very clean with a good service. It's located in Al murraqabat zone.

Very bad staff  Rude  Hygiene Room Knock the door at 12 pm but my reservation was until 3 o’clock. He knocked the door 12 and said you have to leave or you have to extend the booking. Also want to take more money without any reason

the room had cleanliness issues, including visible dirt inside a cabinet, stained bathroom trash bins, and overall poor housekeeping. If this reflects your experience, you could write: Very disappointing stay. The hotel room was not properly cleaned when I checked in. There was dirt and debris inside the cabinet, the bathroom trash bin was stained and unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Housekeeping was poor, and the service did not meet basic expectations. This created a negative experience and made the room feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their cleaning standards and customer service. Poor housekeeping and very bad service. The room was dirty, the bathroom trash bin was stained, and cleanliness was clearly neglected. This is not the standard I expected from a hotel. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.

The worst hotel ever been to it’s so dirty. The bed is disgusting there are some red stain The washroom is nasty and there is cockroach I found some in the washroom  the pillows are dirty. I will never go there again. 

I joyed the environment and the society. Beautiful facilities and good services

Hotel rooms are well maintained and clean , average staying experience as sometimes there is too much noise in early mornings from other guests in the corridor.Had pointed it out to the front desk .

Room level is medium. There is a car parking in the basement, but the hotel takes charge of AED 20 per knight.

AC has too much noise. Management needs to work on cooling
