Excellent!
Facilities: I'm really grateful for the great overall experience at this hotel. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the cheapest in town but excellent services.The hotel is near MOE, B1 Mall and Metro station also restaurants and groceries are walking distance from the hotel. Aside from not having youtube or netflix apps, it's still a pleasant stay in the hotel in totality. Kudos to all the staffs. Shall recommend to my friends and colleagues.

My experience at Studio M Al Barsha Hotel by Millennium was absolutely terrible from start to finish. This place is a complete disappointment and nowhere near what it pretends to be. The hotel cuts corners everywhere, and it shows.
First of all, charging 30 AED per day for parking is outrageous. This alone tells you everything about their attitude toward guests — they will charge you for anything they possibly can. For a hotel of this level, parking should be included, not used as another way to make money.
The overall service is poor, the management clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort, and the experience feels cheap and stressful rather than relaxing. Instead of enjoying your stay, you constantly feel like you’re being taken advantage of.
Nothing about this hotel justifies the price. Between the hidden costs, lack of proper service, and disappointing atmosphere, it’s simply not worth it. There are far better options in Dubai that actually respect their guests.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you want to waste your money and ruin your stay.

While booking your website shows parking is free. But while checking in they asked for 30 for parking. Therefore I'm not happy. And breakfast is not worth it at all. With breakfast no more options to eat.
