Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall

Really enjoyed my stay here—it just felt right from the moment I checked in. The place is clean, comfortable, and well run, but what stood out for me was the people. Joana and Grace at reception were amazing—always welcoming, helpful, and just easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel more personal. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

It was an amazing experience, as usual. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They're taking all the safety precautions with the current situation. Plus, being close to public transport and having lots of food options are big bonuses when you stay at Premier Inn.

I booked this hotel for my colleague. The hotel has a nice view and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The stay itself was comfortable. However, please be very careful with the booking conditions. If you select a non-cancellable and non-refundable rate, no changes or modifications are allowed under any circumstances, even in cases of force majeure. Due to this policy, compensation was offered instead of flexibility. I strongly recommend choosing a free cancellation option to avoid issues.

Excellent Location above a mall and a few minutes walk from the metro. Free car park as well. Nice spa on the P2 level and other spas in the mall. Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and pub with discount. Small pool which can get quite busy. Only thing is TV is not smart TV ( no netflix, apple TV, et.) and channels are limited.

Had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Ibn Battuta Mall. The location is excellent, with direct access to Ibn Battuta Mall and close to the metro station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely stay here again!

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Dubai, I can say this was the best. The location is excellent — especially for those arriving from Abu Dhabi Airport, as the bus stops right in front of the hotel and the metro is in the same area. The room cleanliness and breakfast were very good, and the staff were extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again next year

The gym facilities in the hotel are new and good. The location is good which is near to the metro although it is a bit far from dubai mall and mall of Emirates. Overall, it is good.
