Sadia was very nice and tried to keep the place organized. Other than that the place was a total disaster. No toilet paper in both the booth rooms. Water leaks when you have a shower. Shower head broke when I was a guest.

Flat 204 missing curtain for shower so the water goes on the floor after people step on dirty shoes from outsides and leave lot of black foot prints. If I had the balcony o window would give you 5 stars. Receptionists are very nicer. But for a solo o couple traveller very very affordable On Trip.com. Better than Bolokibg.

I recently booked a 2-night stay with Pharaohs Vacation Homes Rental, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. As per their website instructions, I tried to contact them 2 days before check-in using the provided phone number, but the number was unreachable. On the day of check-in, I went to the location mentioned on their website with my friend, who had undergone heart bypass surgery just 2 days prior. Shockingly, the location provided led us only to a junction surrounded by high-rise buildings, with no clear signage or indication of the property. From around 12 PM, I kept trying to contact them, but the phone was continuously not responding. To make matters worse, I am a visitor and had no mobile data or Wi-Fi access at that location. We were left standing outside in extreme heat until around 6 PM, in an unfamiliar area where most people spoke only Arabic. It was a very difficult situation, especially considering my friend’s medical condition. Eventually, a kind local person helped us by providing internet access. I then contacted the booking platform, and only after that did the property management reach out to me via WhatsApp and send a different location. Even then, there were no signboards or proper identification of the property. Additionally, the communication and behavior from the management were not professional or supportive during this situation. I am sharing this experience to inform others. In my opinion, it would have been better to stay outside on the roadside than to go through such an unsafe and poorly managed experience with this property. I strongly recommend future guests to be cautious before booking here.

Yes everything is fine, very excellent service, very quiet and can sleep good as well

Everything took long time! From the check in process, asking for 50dhs deposit, and the check out time.. if you have a fix plans or rushing to your next activities, don't stay here. They're very slow of doing everything. The staff even gave me the wrong password to open the door, I was stuck outside for more than 20 minutes at 6am and I don't know whom to wake up since all of them were not responding . For an emergency short stay maybe you can consider this place.

The biggest problem with this hostel is the reception timing. Reception is only open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This means you cannot leave before 11:00 AM. If you have a flight at 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM, it is impossible to go to the airport on time. This is a serious problem for travelers. I tried many times to call and explain my situation, but the staff were not helpful. They did not try to understand or find any solution. Instead, they told me to adjust my flight according to their reception hours. Guests cannot schedule flights based on reception availability. The location may be good, but the reception service is extremely weak and not flexible at all. I do not recommend this place if you have an early morning or late-night flight

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay. Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

Perfect for the solo traveler hmm it’s hard to find the Location and also the receptionist of this room but you need to ask to the people nearby
