Landmark Plaza Hotel

I recently stayed at the Landmark Plaza Hotel in Deira for five days on a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. My primary issue throughout the stay was the inconsistent and poor housekeeping. Every morning, I would leave the hotel for work, only to return around 5:00 PM to find my room in the exact same state I had left it, completely uncleaned, with unmade beds and uncollected trash. Having to chase down room service or request basic cleaning at the end of a long workday is the last thing any business traveler wants to deal with. While the location in Deira is central and convenient, the lack of basic maintenance and attention to cleanliness ruined the overall experience. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it if you expect reliable hotel services.

The room is nice and big but many flies in the bedroom and bathroom.

Love the stay here at Landmark Plaza Hotel! They upgraded my room and the staffs are so nice.

V good service

Hotel rooms are in bad shape.rooms have noise problems from neighbouring night club.toilets are worn out.ac is not working properly. They dont come to clean rooms daily

The room was dirty. The bedsheets had stain. The shower drain was clogged and there was only one towel in the room.

Great

The room can cleaned every day and the bedsheets change as well when ever you want. There is a tv in the room but only cnn channels can be watched well without interruption. The room is wide and the environment is very calm. I recommend this hotel to many like me
