Good customer service especially from Sabina who has been fantastic. Washing machines in the room is good. Cleaning staff are friendly and polite. All the staff are very friendly, rooms need some updating and some deep cleaning.

The location is actually far away, in the north of the airport, the hotel does not care about the transfer, let yourself take a taxi. As a result, the taxi one-way 65 dirhams is more than 122 yuan. Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rove City Walk. Great location. Room was simple but clean, shuttle service to Dubai Mall and JBR beach is amazing, great service. Breakfast is good but just every day the same, could add some more variation.

The hotel is centrally located, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets all nearby. The staff are friendly and courteous, proactively assisting every guest. The rooms are clean and safe, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Definitely will stay here again next time.

No early, the indoor environment is very good, the room is very large and tidy, there are all the appliances needed for home, washing machines, dishwashers, pots and pans, water purifiers, suitable for family travel, swimming pool, free parking. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the Khalifa Tower, dubai mall, and there is Union coop supermarket about 5 minutes walk, very convenient. The longer the stay, the price is about cheap. Travel for nearly a month.

Comfortable, spacious and beautiful rooms with everything you need. The hotel has a great location right opposite the metro entrance. Good and varied breakfast and helpful staff. Also note the concierge and valet parking services were very helpful and efficient.
