Dubai The Palm Jumeirah Hotels

The hotel was right smacked in the area of The Palm, loved the fact that it was connected to a mega mall as well – Nakheel Mall, making dining and shopping highly accessible. The rooms were beautiful and incredibly clean, certainly matched the St.Regis hallmark standard. Service was however, a little letdown, I've to call twice, 20mins in between, to ask for more toiletries, either they moved real slow or perhaps it's an area they can work on.

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored. But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!

My husband and I had a great time during our honeymoon staying at Atlantis. We enjoyed using all the amenities such as beach, pools, and the waterpark. All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when our flight was not until late at night. We were able to get a 2 hr late check out for free, store our bags, and continue using beach/ waterpark for the remainder of the day. Highly recommend

cozy small modern hotel. everything you need is in the room, starting with a dental kit and ending with robes. there was a small problem, but the staff Arina and Mina fixed it very quickly and professionally. they treated us like family and we felt at home. we definitely recommend this hotel. you will feel the sensitivity and care, starting with the management and up to the housekeeping

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous… very royal themed. The location is great on the Palm. The pool and beach area is very big. However, there are way too many kids for a hotel like this. Definitely not for a chill couple getaway :) it was a bit pricey as well but worth it.

Excellent hotel; however I really would love to have entertainment programs, shows and a better pool after all. Their pools are literally for kids :)

I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

Our first time staying at The Pearl Club at Waldorf The Palm and I have to say the service was amazing. It is a very kid friendly hotel and the staff are lovely towards kids. My husband and I travelled with our toddler who turned 3 on this holiday and the staff in the Pearl Club went above and beyond our expectations. They created a memorable moment for us and our little one. Our daughter also had a nuy allergy and they catered very well for this. A special thankyou to the staff who worked in the lounge. Furthermore, we enjoyed drinks in the Peacock Lounge near reception and the staff here were also very good. A special thankyou to Harpreet who looked after us during the stay and added a special touch at the end for our last night 🥰 We would highly recommend this hotel and Pearl Club.

Tastefully designed residence with a prime location next to a mall where you can find anything you want! It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the beach bars where vibes are immaculate. The beds are comfortable and even the hallways smells great. Extra points for helping me fold my pajamas when servicing my room!!
