Pet friendly Hotels Dubai

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

The best and favorite hotel! We stayed there 3 times already and everything is also perfect! Responsive and pleasant staff, excellent varied breakfast, walking distance to Dubai Mall! We had an unpleasant situation with cleaning, when they did not notice valuable things in the bed and raked it into the change of bed linen 😔 But they quickly found everything and returned it! Favorite hotel, which you want to return to again and again!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. My children loved it and said its the best hotel we've stayed at. The decor are lovely, staff very pleasant. They have upgraded us, what a lovely treat! The pool has a great view of the museum of the future. The breakfast spread is also very good.

My stay at Hotel Boulevard in Dubai was overall very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The only downside was a pungent smell in the hallway of our floor, which was a bit unpleasant. Fortunately, it did not affect the room itself, and everything else about the stay was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to others but suggest the management address the issue of the hallway odor to enhance the guest experience.

If there was 10 star I would’ve give this hotel because everything at the hotel is perfect and the staffs are very friendly especially Rick this guy was so nice to me I really appreciate that Rick keep doing the good jobthe view is amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a hotel which welcome you like your own house

The check-in experience is poor. If the overall score is considered, it would be unqualified. It would be about 2 points. But the hotel's facilities and decoration are very good, so the price is so high. But the transportation is very inconvenient. The twin family room booked is large. The single-bed room we were given when we checked in was small in size. We were told that the room we booked was not available. My friend and I went to breakfast. The hotel staff led us to a table. We just sit down and suddenly, a waiter rushed to us and shouted rudely”this table is reserved!” My friend and I were astonished, did not know what happened. Then he made us leave and left us scared. Luckly a nice young lady noticed us, and came to ask what happened and then led us to another table. We asked the young lady- why breakfast table was reserved? We've never heard of it~~ She didn't reply directly. But even though the table was reserved indeed, the waiter could have tell us calmly, we would understand without any doubt. No need to shout out of malice. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter took us to a table and sat down. As soon as we were seated, a male waiter rushed out and said very savagely that this table was reserved and forced us to leave our seats. My friends and I were stunned and stood there dumbfounded without knowing what was going on. Fortunately, a young waitress saw us and asked us to sit down at another table. We asked: Do you also have table reservations for breakfast? The waiter didn't answer directly. But even if the table was actually reserved, the waiter could have said it nicely and there was no need to be so malicious. This is a hotel with terrible service and the room rates are so expensive it's not worth it. Will never come again. Personal lessons for your reference

My first trip to Dubai was a comfortable one. The accommodation fee was cheap (¥10,000/night), but it is a five-star luxury hotel chain of the Jumeirah Group. The location, hotel facilities, room size, cleanliness, view from the room, and staff service were all good. The bed was also very comfortable. The room had all the amenities. I couldn't find a hair dryer or hairbrush. There was a bathtub separate from the shower, so you can take a bath. You need to bring your own lotion and moisturizing cream. When I made a reservation with the ”24h checkout” benefit added, Trip.com said ”no prior notice required,” but this was not communicated to the hotel, so I had to inform the hotel at the front desk when I checked in. You may need to be careful with the unique efforts of reservation sites. It takes time to request and confirm with the staff. The female staff member who helped me was kind and changed my checkout to the evening. Also, the cleaning staff member Mutwalibi san left a nice letter and surprise in my room. I was very satisfied with the pleasant and comfortable stay.

I went for a two night stay and what I can say is the people the hotel everything just amazing. They helped with my luggage upon arrival to my room. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time but they readily make my room. I also checked out an hour late but they didn’t deduct anything and they were patiently waiting. Had the most delicious breakfast ever. Had an amazing pool party from 5pm to 7:30pm. I enjoyed my stay and I would still go stay in this hotel again and again

The best place I have ever stayed in my life! From the moment we arrived we felt the hospitality, at the entrance they welcomed us with kindness, a shuttle picked us up to the lobby, there they offered us cold towels and fresh juice, they gave us the room two hours before the scheduled check in time 🤩 the room was clean and well acclimatized, we really enjoyed the stay, a very extensive and tasty buffet and the restaurants had very complete menus, the prices are very low compared to what they offer, there are many activities inside the hotel in case you don't feel like leaving there, There are attractions outside very close and the hotel provides very economical transportation to the lake and the other attractions, it is very easy to get there from the bus station and upon departure they investigated the time of the next bus to Dubai, there was an hour left so they offered to store our luggage and stay in the cafe until we could leave, they provided free transportation there 🥰 thanks to all the staff who were so friendly and always guided us, the viewpoint was our favorite place from which we could appreciate the best sunset 🌅 thanks to the guys from the shooting and bow and arrow attractions, they guided us and made this experience a very fun one. They also made incredible videos and photos there for us.

I came here just to see the design. The online pictures are really beautiful, but I was really not surprised when I was there. The entire service team is relatively loose, but I give it 5 stars. I left something at the hotel, so I called the hotel the next day to help me store it. Favorability +1
