The hotel facilities are old and the bathroom does not distinguish between dry and wet areas. It is easy to slip while standing in the bathtub! The variety of slow breakfast in the elevator is suitable for foreigners. There are few Chinese people living there. The location is acceptable. The service attitude at the front desk is average. The bellman is acceptable. The housekeeping service is acceptable. The bathroom configuration is only domestic three-star standards. Overall, the price/performance ratio is average.

Perfectly located in JBR across the beach. I mistakenly booked the sea view room instead of the sea facing room I stayed in previously. Sea facing room has a much better view however sea view is slightly obstructed by other buildings. Room was ok but dated and a few things needed fixing. They were redoing the atrium and therefore the middle of the hotel is boarded up. Breakfast was ok however repetitive daily and would’ve preferred more variety. Overall though it was a good stay, however I preferred it more when I went in 2017

The beds are too small and the hotel is on the side of the road. Sleeping at night I feel in the car driving on the domestic highway, basically sleepless overnight, will not choose this hotel again. There are only four floors, and one or two floors are smoke-free.

We had booked for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were offered a room with a sea view for an additional charge. We were not told that there was a large construction site on the city side that was working until 11 p.m. and started again at 5 a.m. It was only after we complained that we were able to move. The new room was not of the same standard, however, as it did not have a balcony. Instead of giving us an upgrade, we were given a downgrade. When booking tours, the city and desert tours offered as group tours were apparently no longer available, and we were recommended a much more expensive private tour. Probably because of the higher commission for the concierge. Since we wanted to see some of the city, we ultimately had no other choice. 😞 Finally, it should be mentioned: The hotel is located in a business district (Media City). Breakfast does not start until 6:30 a.m., but in most other hotels it starts at 6:00 a.m. Since we had to leave at 6:00 a.m., we didn't get the breakfast we had booked and paid for on the day of departure. Next time I'll book a room in the city center. This hotel is 17 kilometers outside the city.
