Let's start with the service, before I could enter the building itself, I had to call the owner three times before he answered and instead of giving the door code over the phone, he said he would send someone there, but after 30 minutes no one showed up. After further attempts to call the owner, a different number finally called and a completely different person gave the door number and room number. As it turned out, the room number on the reservation did not match the room number on the door, so if it weren't for the lady who cleaned the place, we probably wouldn't have gotten in again. The second thing is that even though the lady mentioned was the most competent and helpful, all the employees and owners did not do their job well :) the room was in a hopeless condition, dirty carpets, stained bedding and shelves covered with a thick layer of dust. I would just like to mention that the inscriptions on the shelves were not made by us but by the previous tenants, so it can be said that no one has cleaned there for a long time. I would also like to add that one of the mattresses looks like there are traces of urine on it and fortunately we didn't have to use it, but I'm surprised that the staff didn't even think to cover the stain with something or, I don't know, clean the mattress???? Two last things about the room: it was supposed to be a room with a view of the city, but we got a view of the building next door and air conditioning which was VERY LOUD, the glass was very dirty and very thin. It let in not only moisture but also cold. The room was incredibly cold, a small electric heater was on throughout our stay and although it works day and night, the temperature in the room was maybe 10 degrees. And the last thing is the light switch in the room, or rather the lack of it. To turn on or off the light in our room, we had to go to the corridor, walk 3 meters to the door of another room and turn on the light there. I don't need to tell you how absurd this solution is and unless it happened to us, I can imagine someone turning it on by accident or accidentally turns off the light for the occupants of that room in the middle of the night. The place itself is nasty, dirty, smelly, rusty and the wood is rotten. The mold in the bathroom quickly made us understand that we would rather not take a bath there, but rather just brush our teeth. Overall, I rate the place 0/10. We will probably never go back to it. The only positive thing was the location, which cannot be faulted too much because it is in the very center, but this is not enough for a positive assessment of this place.
