The Merrion is a Hallmark of service and sheer quality. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly concierge and the news that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. Lunch in the Cellar bar was an absolute joy and friendly, well clued in staff made the experience more special. The room was fabulous, with every comfort you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches.I cannot speak too highly about the service at this wonderful hotel.

It's worth recommending. The room is very new. The breakfast is delicious. The service staff are very good. It's just that the UnionPay card in the hotel cannot be used by the machine. It's next to the river. There is a supermarket and a restaurant next door. The slippers are also very good and very soft

Stayed there when passing through Dublin one night. Hotel is really nice -location superb along the river Liffey -walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff on check in and out excellent -could not have ben friendlier, Hotel decor really cool. Room absolutely lovely -plus very quiet-decor superb, great tv channels, great lighting etc. Only issues were with Wifi ( hard to connect -then in the morning no wifi) -Aircon very noisy -its Ireland so not necessary anyhow-switched off and opened window. I did not eat in the Hotel as had travelled from Asia and on a different time zone food wise--but food menu looked superb and reasonably priced. I will stay there again

This is the hotel I chose when I went to Dublin in the past two years. The room is big enough for Europe. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also delicious. I highly recommend it. It is a hotel like a manor. You can see the rainbow and the sea.

This hotel is the best hotel in Dublin. It is said that the Prime Minister also stayed in this hotel when he visited Ireland. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the bathroom is not big but very convenient, comfortable and clean. The lighting is not very glaring, and the hair dryer is not in the bathroom. There is a mirror in front of the desk in the room, so you can sit in front of the desk and blow your hair in front of the mirror, which is quite user-friendly. Not sure if it is a hotel renovated from a historical building🏨The room is relatively small and has a poor view outside the window. The shower water volume is not big enough. The location is good and the service is basically up to standard. Breakfast is not good for a five-star hotel. Facilities: General

The hotel is good, to the customer, but I don't know why, the hotel will buckle my credit card for two euros, which is equivalent to four or five thousand yuan! Ctrip said that he couldn't find it, and he couldn't find it if he contacted the hotel! So it has not been solved until now! Ctrip service attitude is good, but it can't solve the problem! 房間的床品比較舒服，對於市中心的酒店而言，總體性價比還是不錯的。但是酒店的早點非常一般，尤其是法式吐司華夫餅，是吃過最難吃的，雖然包含了自助和點餐兩部分，但是自助部分的種類很少。

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏
