There are so many wonderful elements to the Hotel Natali experience, most of them revolve around the glorious setting, views and tasteful decor in their public areas. The interior design of the rooms feel spare. But the significant letdown was at dinner.where our dinners took one hour to arrive cold and my wife's risotto was crunchy. The dessert we got was overly sweet and frankly a mess. Guest expect more. Additionally the spa is an afterthought using the game room to be locked with a sign on the door signaling it is occupied with a massage in process. So many positives and unforced errors.

酒店很好，就是個小莊園，日落很美。陽台房有一間是沒有風景的，所以給我們升級了房型，很滿意。去杜城走路15分鐘都是下台階，回來打車用bolt，5-8歐，直接打taxi的話20歐，所以還是用bolt好。早飯有一部分是自助，有個菜單，可以自己點。
