Very small room but just 2 minutes walking to Duisberf hbf but they close from inside so you might need to wait for check in

1. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow.
2. Public bathrooms and restrooms are very inconvenient, and the pictures on Ctrip are inconsistent with the actual situation.
3. The hygiene and air quality are poor, and there are pigeon daddies inside. My friend is allergic and has a rash all over his body and itches.
4. The quilt is too small and short and cannot cover the whole body.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Here you will live with bed bugs in the bed, dirty chairs and horrible attitude of the staff ! Never go to them ! No refunds even though they were completely wrong!!

Met alle respect, dit mag je niet hotel noemen , eerder een Gaststatte. Ze hebben geen receptie en de cafe beneden is ook gesloten , terwijl het kersvakantie is. Dus je ziet geen mensen, behalve de schoonmaakster. Voor koffie moet je buiten zijn,. er is geen waterkoker in kamer. Als je hotel binnen komt hangt al een onaangenaamde geur in de gang. Bijna geneigd om masker op te doen als je kamer verlaat. Met kleine investering kan veel wonderen daar.
