We booked a family room of 4 people staying. However the amenities provided inside the room was only for 2 person. The reception who checked us in is friendly when there is her supervisor, but at night she don’t even wanna help us and just keep looking at her computer while talking to us, very rude. Also the security is rude. When we asked for the amenities, reception asked security to send it.
