Second time staying in this hotel
We choosen this hotel again are becos of the great location , friendly staff and nice sz room
Excellent breakfast with lots of selections which makes you looking forward to the next breakfast sessions
There were 2 unlucky events this time during our stay
1）The Aircon was not working well for our room , no matter how we adjusted the temperature lower , it will always feels like 26 degree
2) one of the night around 3.10am there was a power failure which the Hotel went into total darkness , electricity resumed after almost 50mins later but still i will choose this Hotel when we visit this city again

The air cond is not cold, very stuffy and cannot be adjusted.
The hotel should not put the giant panda toy on the bed if it is for sale at ¥ 48. The big mineral water which costs ¥ 12 each should not be on sale inside the room. Not all guests are aware they are for sale. These items should be put in the lobby if they are for sale.
The afternoon tea, 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm is a farce. The items on the list are mostly junk food. I suggest that it is better that the hotel provides afternoon tea with snacks, coffee and light food in the lobby or coffee house.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.

Excellent and top hotel. The front desk was so helpful for everything. Especially, help me to bough the device online to test blood pressure when I asked how to get one from a store nearby for my urgent need. Will definitely back for this hotel again
