There are many B&Bs to choose from when taking children to Hongkou for rafting, but I am always worried that B&Bs in the mountains are prone to disputes, so the first hotel I considered was Green, which is a 4-star standard and close to Hongkou, so I chose to stay there. To be honest, there is no harm without comparison. Basically, I choose 4-star or above hotels when I stay in them, but I always feel that this hotel is not satisfactory overall. Maybe it is private, and there is still a gap between it and the big chain brand hotels. The overall evaluation is not very bad. Next is the objective evaluation. I would like to make some suggestions and hope that the hotel can be improved in all aspects in the future. Environment: There are plenty of green plants and the air is very good. The pictures below show it. However, some rooms face the road. During holidays, many vehicles pass by and make noise, which is a problem for customers with poor sleep quality (such as my husband). It was a painful thing. When I checked in, I emphasized that I wanted a quiet room, and the front desk clerk answered me confidently that they were all quiet! But this answer really doesn't consider the customer's perspective. You have never stayed there in the middle of the night. Maybe your so-called "quiet" is different from what we require! Please pay attention to this point at the front desk. In fact, there are rooms inside the super area, but they are not recommended. Whether the room is booked or for other reasons, you should communicate well. Rather than blind confidence. Hygiene: Other places are good, but there are cigarette butts on the balcony of the room, which should be neglected by the cleaning lady. But I quickly informed the front desk and they found someone to deal with it. Facilities: Our room is a certain distance from the front desk. It is a small apartment building with no elevator. It is not recommended to book a high floor. The soft furnishings in the room are not like a hotel, but more like a homestay. It depends on how you think. I didn't feel disgusted when I entered. The room type Although it is a parent-child room with tatami and only 38 square meters, it is a bit compact. If there are more than 3 people, you should consider a larger room. Next, let’s talk about why you should consider a larger room if there are more than 3 people? Because there is no central air conditioning, only floor heating, there is a wall-mounted air conditioner in the bedroom that can barely support the 38 square meters, and the tatami has to be opened so that the children can feel the breeze and coolness. But there is no privacy. (Fortunately we are a family of three) There is no landline in the room to contact the front desk. I found the front desk’s phone number on Ctrip and then added the housekeeper’s WeChat. In addition, there is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, no place to dry clothes on the balcony, and no refrigerator. Washing machine, dryer. At least these are standard features in the 4-star and above hotels I've stayed in before. Service: There are not many waiters, and they have not received unified professional training. They are polite but not very enthusiastic. When checking in, they knew that my room type did not have a landline phone. The front desk did not take the initiative to add WeChat in time because I gave feedback when I entered the room. There were several issues, and although the front desk handled them promptly, it still left a bad first impression. The fruit was served upon reminder. The security guard was quite easy-going. He even asked us how many days we would stay and assisted us with parking. It can be seen that the front desk has been working very hard, but a good hotel is closely related to every link. My husband said that these hotels only do business for a few months, so don't expect too much. But I do take everything seriously. I have stayed in many hotels with similar prices to Green, but the services and facilities are much better. There are many hotels I have visited and would like to visit, but to be fair, at least I would not choose Green again.

Outdated equipment and facilities

I rarely comment, but this is the hotel with the most mosquitoes I have ever stayed in. There were no less than seven or eight mosquitoes in the middle of the night. Both children and adults were bitten badly. There is no screen door on the two balconies, and there is no place to dry clothes on the balcony. Bathroom design It’s also weird that the mirror is on the side of the sink? There is a large piece of glass in the middle of the mirror. There is no place to put toiletries in the shower room. They can only put them on the floor? The price of the rooms in this annex building is higher than that of the main building. The facilities and hygiene are not up to standard at all. The style and conditions of the apartment are priced at the price of a hotel. The breakfast is also far from the room price. There is a clear gap compared with the B&B where I stayed the night before.
